Low wetlands levels cause for concern?

Water levels across Canada are low this year, affecting wetlands in Clarington and elsewhere in Durham. Why is that happening, and what affect is that that having on the ecological landscape? We'll ask Heather Pankhurst of the Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority.
