Dionne Powlenzuk, Executive Director of the Clarington Visual Arts Centre, receives a cheque from Joe Solway of behalf of the Rotary Club of Bowmanville's Youth Services Committee. Our Rotary Club will once again be a sponsor of the Kid's Outdoor Art Festival (formerly Picasso's Picnic), held every summer at the VAC. The Festival features some of the top young artists and performers in Clarington.
