During the Bowmanville Rotary Club's regular morning meeting on April 16, 2019, District 7070 Foundation Chair Michael Bell presented two Bowmanville Rotarians with Paul Harris Plus Fellowships. Paul Harris Fellowships are given in recognition of donations to The Rotary Foundation. Receiving the Fellowships were Ted Watson who received a PHF+2 Sapphire pin and Bob Stevens who received a PHF Ruby pin.
