Through the Clarington Adopt-A-Road Program the Bowmanville Rotary Club has adopted the section of Baseline Road between Liberty Street and Green Road. On Saturday July 4th a crew of ten Bowmanville Rotarians spent a couple of hours picking up litter along that stretch of Baseline Road. There were a couple of "interesting" finds but on the whole the roadside was fairly clean.
